Support/Process Group
My Approach
This group is designed for adults ages 18-50 with high-functioning/Level 1 Autism, formerly known as Asperger’s. Many individuals aren't diagnosed until their teenage years or later, leaving them without crucial support and understanding. In this group, we not only offer a safe social environment but also provide psychoeducation to help you better understand yourself and navigate life with autism. Together, we’ll explore unmasking, build connections, and develop tools for living authentically and confidently.

Do i need a diagnosis?
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to join this group. We recognize that accessing a formal diagnosis can be costly and is often a privilege not everyone can access. Whether you have an informal diagnosis from a provider or a well-researched self-diagnosis, you’re welcome here. This will be explored further during the no-cost intake appointment to ensure the group is the right fit for you.
what are the group rules?
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment is essential for everyone’s growth in this group. All members are expected to adhere to the rules of confidentiality, respect, and active listening. This means keeping what is shared in the group private, being considerate of each other's perspectives, and allowing space for everyone’s voice to be heard.
What is the demographic?
This is a mixed-generational group where the goal is to provide valuable insights and diverse perspectives on autism, reflecting how experiences of autistic individuals has differed over time. By bringing together individuals from different age groups, members benefit from a rich exchange of experiences and strategies, fostering mutual support and understanding.
How Do i join?

"Autism challenges us to look beyond the label and see the amazing abilities within. It's not about what someone can't do, but how we can guide and nurture what they do best."
