My Approach

I’m a real person focused on creating relaxed and genuine connections with my clients. I might wear jeans to work and we can use all the bad words in my office.  I provide in-person counseling and telehealth sessions at times that are convenient for my clients. Whether this is your first time seeking counseling, or your tenth, I am honored to walk this journey with you.

About me

I provide a judgement-free zone. I believe that life is too short to not have a baby animal in your home at all times, but I won't discriminate if you don't want to see my pet pictures! If you want to know more about how I can help, shoot me a message.

First Responders

Mary was very crucial in my life. When I felt like I mentally dropped a 1,000 piece puzzle on the ground in my life, I was looking for someone to help me start picking those pieces up. Not only picking those pieces up, but help me connect them. Essentially, I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and Mary helped me get to a place where I can have mental clarity and understanding of why I was feeling how I felt, and where it even stemmed from. If you are looking for a Therapist, Mary is the best and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Mary!
